Delivery & Shipping Terms
1. General Provisions
These delivery and shipping terms apply to all product orders placed with NIRO COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LTD. All goods are delivered via authorised local logistics providers within our service areas.
Time restriction: All order related shipping enquiries shall be submitted within 14 calendar days after goods delivery.
2. Delivery Coverage
We provide standard delivery service across mainland UK. Delivery to remote areas, offshore regions and overseas destinations is not available for the time being.
Time restriction: If your address is outside our service scope, we will inform you within 1 working day after order confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
All valid orders within our delivery coverage enjoy complimentary standard delivery service. No additional delivery fee will be charged for regular-sized products including lock boxes, key storage cabinets and related accessories.
- Standard delivery: 100% free of charge
- Special oversized or bulky goods: Extra handling fee will be notified separately before order processing
Time restriction: Notification of extra charges for special goods will be sent to you within 1 working day.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Order processing: We will confirm and arrange goods dispatch within 2 working days after successful order submission;
- In-transit period: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after goods leave our warehouse;
- Peak period: Delivery may be slightly delayed during holidays or busy shopping seasons.
Time restriction: If no delivery update is received over 7 consecutive working days, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once goods are dispatched, we will send the tracking reference number to your registered email address. You can check the latest delivery status via the official channel of the logistics provider.
Time restriction: Tracking information will be updated and sent to you within 24 hours after dispatch.
6. Failed Delivery & Redelivery
Delivery will be marked as failed due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, repeated absence of recipient or refusal to sign for the parcel.
- First redelivery service is provided free of charge;
- Multiple redelivery requests will incur additional logistics costs, which will be confirmed case by case.
Time restriction: You need to confirm redelivery arrangement within 5 calendar days after receiving the failed delivery notice.
7. Shipping Disclaimer
Our company shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage arising from the following situations:
- Delays, loss or damage caused by force majeure events such as extreme weather, traffic control and logistics network failures;
- Delivery failure or errors caused by incorrect, incomplete address or invalid contact information provided by customers;
- Slight surface abrasion or colour deviation generated during normal transportation, which does not affect product normal use;
- Goods loss or damage after successful signature and handover to the recipient;
- Delays caused by customer’s personal schedule change or failure to receive parcels on time.
We cooperate with qualified logistics partners, and all transit risks beyond our direct control shall be borne in accordance with relevant logistics regulations.
Time restriction: Any shipping related complaints or claims must be raised within 10 calendar days after parcel receipt, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
8. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these delivery terms in accordance with local commercial regulations and actual business conditions. Revised content will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
