Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Terms

All orders placed with our company enjoy complimentary standard delivery within our service coverage area. This returns and refunds policy applies to all physical goods sold by our retail business.

Time restriction: All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.

2. Eligible Items for Return & Exchange

Items that meet all the below requirements can be accepted for return or exchange:

The product is unused, untested and kept in original condition;
Original packaging, labels, accessories and parts are complete and undamaged;
No artificial damage, scratch or stain on the product surface;
Return application is submitted within the valid time period.

Time restriction: We will acknowledge your return application within 2 working days after receiving your request.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Situations

We reserve the right to decline return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

Products that have been used, installed or worn out;
Goods with damaged, lost or replaced original packaging, labels and accessories;
Products damaged by improper use, accidental collision or artificial destruction;
Clearance items, specially processed goods and customised products;
Return applications submitted beyond the 30-day valid period.

Time restriction: Any overdue application will not be accepted once the 30-day validity period expires.

4. Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges

All original orders are delivered free of charge;
The first return or exchange for one order will be covered with free return shipping;
For second and subsequent return or exchange requests from the same order, relevant shipping costs will be assessed and confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Time restriction: Shipping cost assessment for repeated returns will be completed within 1 working day after your application.

5. Refund Processing & Timeline

After we receive and complete full inspection of the returned goods to confirm compliance with return rules, we will start the refund procedure.

Refund initiation: Completed within 3 working days after goods inspection passed;
Fund arrival: The refund amount will be credited to your original payment account within 5 to 7 working days after refund is initiated.

Time restriction: No refund application will be processed if returned goods are not received within 15 calendar days after return approval.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Delivered Goods

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items due to our arrangement, please contact our support team promptly. We will arrange free re-delivery or full refund for you.

Time restriction: Please report delivery issues within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods.

We may adjust this returns and refunds policy in accordance with local business regulations. Updated content will be published directly on this page and take effect immediately.

8. Disclaimer

Our company shall not be held liable for losses, damages or claims arising from the following situations:

Product faults or damage caused by incorrect installation, improper operation or failure to follow product usage guidelines;
Goods damage or loss caused by objective force majeure events during transit;
Slight colour difference, minor surface marks or normal production deviations that do not affect product use;
Issues arising from secondary resale, gift transfer or use by third parties after delivery;
Customer failure to inspect goods and report problems within the specified time limit.

We provide product descriptions and pictures for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail. All liabilities shall be limited to the original purchase value of the goods.

Time restriction: Any liability dispute must be raised within 20 calendar days from the date of goods receipt, and will not be accepted after the time limit.
